Customer protection
Mastertours (a division of Commodore International Travel Ltd) holds both Air Tour Operator's (ATOL) and Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA). Our ATOL licence protects customers against financial loss on flights and flight based packages. It will also protect customers against scheduled airline failure if the flight is booked with an airline other than British Airways. Our ABTA licence will also offer a high degree of financial protection, and will make any complaints about our service or products much easier to resolve. Hotel bookings
If you have already made your flight arrangements, you can of course book your accommodation with Mastertours. We will be only too pleased to assist you with a quotation. Details of the various hotels we use can be found in the destination sections from the main menu above.
All accommodation-only bookings carry a booking fee of £10 per booking, and must be for a minimum stay of two nights.

Every holiday we sell is based on a scheduled flight with an IATA airline - usually British Airways or EgyptAir. These are non-stop direct flights from the United Kingdom. We can arrange flight-only bookings from any point in the UK to virtually anywhere in Egypt, or vice versa. Again, we use British Airways and EgyptAir.
